BOOKING POLICY

When making your reservation, we will need a valid credit card number to make the first night’s deposit. Please note that this is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.


 

REGISTRATION POLICY AT ARRIVAL

Arrival time (check-in) : 14 h :::: Departure time (check-out) : 11h

Please check in at reception after 2:00 pm to fill out your registration form and pay the balance of your booking, which is non-refundable..

Departure before the end of your reservation :
If you decide to leave your accommodations before the end of your reservation, there will be no refund from us.

 


 

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your reservation, contact us by phone (1- 800- 263-0293) and we will cancel your reservation free of charge if you cancel 14 days before the date of your arrival. Please note that the first night deposit is non-refundable and will be charged to your credit card, as agreed upon when booking.

 


 

NON-SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT

Our establishment is non-smoking. A fine of $ 100 will be charged if we find that there is a smell of cigarette or smoke in the room during your stay.

 


 

POLICY FOR PETS

We accept pets (cats / dogs) under certain conditions (fee of $ 20 / night per pet ):

  1. Your pet must be on a leash at all times.
  2. You must pick up after your pet on the grounds.
  3. You are responsible for your dog if we receive complaints about yapping or other noises.
  4. You are responsible for any damage / breakage caused by your pet.
  5. Pets may not be left alone in the room without supervision.
  6. Pets are not allowed in the beds. Bring blankets or beds for your pets.

If you do not comply with these rules, you will be charged a $100 fee in addition to any other complaints related to other customers.

Exemple 1.
If your neighbor cannot fall asleep because your dog does not stop barking and asks for a refund, you will be billed for it in addition to the $100 fee..

Exemple 2.
In addition, if your pet relieves itself inside the room (on bedspreads, couch or rug), you must notify us, pick up after your pet, and you will be responsible for the costs of cleaning or damage.

 


 

POLICY FOR DAMAGE / THEFT

If you have damaged our equipment in the public area or in our rooms, or if we find that there are missing objects during your stay or upon your departure, you will be held responsible for the costs related to the repair and /or replacement of these objects or materials..

 


 

BOAT POLICY


Our marina is reserved for our guests only. There is a $30 use fee per boat during your stay, which allows you to use our boat launch, to park your boat at our dock, and to park your trailer in the area designated for the boats. If your boat is damage because of an act of nature or bad weather, we are not responsible for the damage. It is always best to take your boat out of the water at the end of the day.
